Hi, I can see that my comment was erased. I was just curious to know how this fantastics helicopter, the R66, could include the latest requirements of FAR27 : crashworthy seats, crashworthy fuel and protection against lightning (epecially for the blades). I guess the FAA will not accept that this is just a non significant evolution of the R44, maintaining the 12 year obsolete rules, right?

What a remarkable man - an heroic engineer. I'm rated on five helicopters but don't fly anything but the R22 and R44. Brilliant designs. Thank you, Mr Robinson.
