We talk to the competitors, winners and losers of this most difficult of challenges, held at spectacular Silverstone. Speed freak Dave Rawlings gets a chance to find out a bit more about the Blackbird SR-71 Reconnaissance spy plane by talking to Colonel Richard Graham, former pilot of the fastest and arguably most spectaular aeroplane ever! LOOP's own Rich takes a trip to Italy to visit the Piaggio factory for a peek at the stunning Avanti II, accompanying flight tester Stan Hodgkins as he takes to the skies in this most distinctive of turboprops, and interviewing Piaggio Aero CEA Alberto Galassi.
