The guys are back in the studio after travels to Oshkosh and elsewhere, and immediately get DC to work reporting from the giant Farnborough Airshow where he looks over the major news from the country's biggest aviation event. It saw the first appearance of the Boeing Dreamliner outside the US, and some pretty eyecatching near-aerobatic display flying from the giant A400M transport plane too. Meanwhile, Paul Bonhomme squeezes the Show into his ever-hectic schedule to talk about becoming the first man to retain the Red Bull Air Race world title, and look back on an eventful season. This month's flight test is of the spectacular XtremeAir Sbach 342, the new all-carbon Unlimited-class aerobatic two-seater which is in the process of rewriting perceptions of what aerobatic two-seaters can be like. We're joined too by the aircraft's charismatic designer Philipp Steinbach, whose also the German national champion – one handy pilot to say the least! And that P-51? It sent shivers up the spines of thousands of aviation fans at the cracking Little Gransden Air Show – alongside dozens of other cool aircraft – see the highlights of the show.
